We believe: Yes. This year, 4 more employees could celebrate this anniversary.
When 4 employees simultaneously celebrate such a long period of loyalty to the
company, then this total of 40 years of "Human Capital" means 4 decades of
know-how, ideas and experience – the very foundation of our success. Since all 4 employees work in dosing
technology in the area of Software/Support, you might recognise them from
service visits, from training sessions or from the phone.
Since 1995, the number of employees has increased from 15 to 60, and more than
half of them can look back to 10 years of service in the company, some even to
20 years.
