customer-specific requirements just like a tailor-made suit, the range of
industrial sectors we are able to service is virtually unlimited.
Nevertheless, over the years certain main areas have crystallized in which the
strengths of our company and the immmense know-how of our employees have proven
especially useful.
For example, FRICKE filling systems are manufactured first and foremost for the
chemical industry, where we possess more than 40 years of experience with
alkaline and acidic liquids. Paints and lacquers, but also glues and building
materials as well as foodstuffs, such as jam, are filled (calibratable) using
our plants. Products that you regularly encounter everyday without ever once
stopping to think about our company.
Whether filling buckets, hobbocks, canisters, barrels or containers, whether
filling above-level, sub-level or below bunghole, whether filling by the
pallet, semi-automatically or automatically – with their compact design and comfortable operation, all FRICKE systems are
developed with the highest quality and efficiency in mind. Of course, they also
meet the EC Directives 94/9 EC (Atex) for use in areas at risk of explosions.
FRICKE dosing systems are designed and produced predominantly for the perfume
and aroma industries, where especially stringent criteria must be met in terms
of the quality, accuracy and reproducibility of the mixtures. In the
manufacture of fine perfumes, for instance, the high-quality dosing technology
developed by FRICKE makes it possible to blend up to 50 components selected
from a palette of 700 raw materials to form new fragrance compositions. Or in
the dosing of industrial fragrances for the production of household and
cleaning agents.
In the foodstuffs industry, we are partners with manufacturers and processors of
functional ingredients and flavourings across virtually all segments of the
industry. Naturally, we also cover the entire range here – from laboratory dosing systems to sampling and to dosing clusters for
high-capacity components. Moreover, the entire control software is also
developed by the specialists at FRICKE parallel to the hardware. The result is
all-round service that optimizes the work flow and prevents standstill as well
as down times.
