A valve made of just three parts guarantees a cleaning in less than two minutes and prevents logjams in the production process.

At this year’s Fachpack in Nuremberg from 28 to 30 September 2021, Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG will be exhibit the EFS 21 – a filling station with electronic scales for the precisely calibrated below-level filling of liquids that foam, outgas or have a tendency to load themselves statically. The system only requires minimal floor space as it is compact and runs more or less automatically after the filling programme has been selected. Integrated level tracking causes the filling valve to rise by itself in order to keep the valve opening just below the surface of the liquid at all times. In addition, the valve only consists of three parts that come into contact with the product, meaning that it can be cleaned in less than two minutes. This optimises filling processes and presents ideal conditions for efficient production without any prolonged system downtime.

An easy handling, intuitive operation and space-saving design also convinced the jury for the Plus X Award. The EFS 21 filling station can thus take its place amongst this year’s award-winning industrial machines in the Innovation, High Quality, Ease of Use, Functionality and Ergonomics categories.

“We’re delighted with this award and will be happy to answer any questions that interested visitors might have about the EFS 21 and our other dosing and filling systems at Fachpack,” says Dirk Novak, Sales Engineer at Fricke. “You’ll find us at Stand 435 in Hall 3C.”
