KG develops and produces dosing and filling systems, together with the appropriate software solutions, thereby supplying the essential components for process-optimized production. Successful international growth over the past few years has led the family-owned company headquartered in Minden, Westphalia to optimize its organizational structure and strengthen its leadership team, with the appointment of Mario Markmann as Chief Technology Officer and member of the Management Board, Ina Schnelle as new Head of Marketing, and Christian Brunke as new Head of Purchasing.

Despite the Corona pandemic, which has severely impacted numerous industry sectors, Fricke has been able to expand its business further and increase sales by more than 15% over the past two years. With proven expertise in marketing and communications, Ina Schnelle, who joined Fricke on 1 January this year, will reposition, plan and implement the marketing and communications strategy in her role as Head of Marketing. A qualified business economist and communications manager, she gained more than 20 years of international experience in marketing and sales in the chemical industry at Follmann.

In the newly created position Head of Purchasing, Christian Brunke is responsible for the central purchasing organization, strategic procurement, supplier management and purchasing control. A specialist in purchasing and logistics, he brings around 20 years of experience into the company, having most recently been employed as Purchasing Manager at HTT energy GmbH.

“We are delighted to welcome our highly esteemed colleague, Mario Markmann, with his long history in the company, as a member of the Management Board and to have gained two new leaders, Ina Schnelle and Christian Brunke,” commented Managing Director Bernd Fricke. “All of them bring both expert knowhow and many years of experience to the company. With these additional strengths, we move into the new year, optimistic that we can grow still further.”
