Career paths at Fricke

Dosing. Filling. Taking off: Around the world in mechanical engineering with Fricke. For over 155 years, Fricke has been developing innovative machines for products we use every day – from paints and cleaning agents to perfumes. But the success of the family-owned company from Minden is based not only on technology, but above all on the people who work at Fricke.

Since 1870, Fricke has stood for precision, innovation, and sustainable mechanical engineering expertise. Its dosing and filling systems and the associated control software ensure efficient production processes in the perfume and flavor industry as well as the chemical industry worldwide. Anyone who joins Fricke becomes part of a traditional family business that combines team spirit, development opportunities, and international perspectives.

Oliver Struck began his career at Fricke as a mechanic. As a “founding member” of the service department, he moved to international customer support and has played a decisive role in shaping this area from the very beginning. He has been successfully working in service for decades and is an indispensable pillar of the team's performance in commissioning and support. Oliver not only contributes his technical expertise, but also his experience to guide colleagues and ensure the highest level of customer service. Henrik Stumpf also started at Fricke as an electrician and later qualified as a service technician. He has installed and maintained dosing and filling systems on every continent and now coordinates remote support and service calls as a dispatcher. Henrik combines his international experience with a good work-life balance as a family man. Both paths show how employees at Fricke can grow professionally, take on responsibility, and operate globally at the same time.
