EFS 50

The EFS 50 is a semi-automatic filling machine with two different valves (over- & below level valve) for the accurate filling of viscous to pasty liquids, e.g. paints, varnishes, adhesives, bitumen or similar products. In this case the system is used for the above level filling of conventional types of containers, e.g. cans, buckets and other open containers.

On the other hand, the filling plant serves for filling liquids, which, owing to their properties, make a below—level filling mandatory.

This type of filling is necessary when liquids which have the tendency to foaming liquids, are gaseous or generate static electricity, e.g. solvents, detergents / cleaning and car products, chemical liquids, mineral oils, glazes or similar products. In this case, the system is used for the below level filling of conventional bunghole containers, e.g. canisters or other containers.

Product feed from higher lying storage tanks via gravity or with the help of pumps.

The machine offers you fast changing of valve types:

fast cleaning of the valve (the product-contacted area consists of 3 parts)
a rapid changeover to other container sizes and changing products
