Two career paths, one shared goal

Oliver Struck began his career as a mechanic and played a key role in building FRICKE’s international service department from the very beginning. With decades of experience, he supports customers and colleagues in commissioning and technical support. Henrik Stumpf started as an electrician, worked worldwide as a service technician, and now coordinates service operations and remote support. He successfully combines international experience with a healthy work-life balance as a family man.

Both examples show how employees at FRICKE grow professionally, take on responsibility, and work internationally.

Working at FRICKE – more than just a job
