The Concordia Multi Flow module was specially developed for the parallel dosing of large quantities. It enables the fast and precise processing of multiple components simultaneously at a dosing speed of up to 180 liters per minute – with maximum accuracy thanks to integrated mass flow meters. Ideal for large-scale production and complex formulations, the module can be flexibly scaled and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. Process reliability is guaranteed: integrated sensors in the supply lines prevent gas entrapment in the mass flow meters. This continuous monitoring ensures high process stability and an optimized dosing process.
