Challenges: Manual production reaches its limits with growing volumes
As a long-standing family business with decades of experience, Streeck knows the challenges of manual production. “Until the 2000s, all mixing processes were carried out manually – often involving the precise dosing of even the smallest raw material quantities by hand,” recalls Alexander Streeck, Owner and Managing Director. As the company continued to grow, it became clear that only automation could ensure lasting precision, speed, and consistent quality.
Solutions: Automation as the key to precision and constant quality
Streeck has relied on FRICKE dosing technology since 2003. The journey began with the DFL dosing system, used as a sample mixing unit for small to medium laboratory batches. Its modular design and compact footprint allow precise dosing even in limited production spaces. In 2011, the DUPLEX dosing system followed, featuring two parallel scales for fully automatic dosing – from small volumes (up to 50 liters) to larger batches of up to 600 liters – providing maximum production flexibility. For processing large components, Streeck added the DOSING CLUSTER in 2022. This system combines manual and automated dosing and can fill both stationary and mobile tanks. “The DOSING CLUSTER has significantly increased our production capacity and helps us save valuable time,” explains Alexander Streeck.

With these three FRICKE system types, Streeck now benefits from a complete solution chain – from laboratory development to large-scale production. All systems offer high dosing accuracy, fast process times, and reliable reproducibility. “We are very satisfied with the FRICKE dosing systems.
