A genuine challenge in practice: A production slot has to be found for an urgent job. This frequently means that production has to be stopped, the sequence and time schedules are interrupted. FRICKE dosing systems permit the integration of urgent jobs into the running operation

and their production within a few minutes without interrupting the production sequence as a whole. Once the job is completed, the regular production continues fully automatically and according to plan.

Extensive buffer zones for mixing containers precisely adapted to your specific container sizes permit unattended night shifts. Multi-pot mixes requiring a recipe to be divided to feed several containers, substantially extend the scope of applications of the dosing system.

Also in this case, of course, each job is securely controlled through the system by the Batch Management Software. From start to finish, at extremely short throughfeed times.
