High-precision FRICKE dosing valves ensure exact dosing, high flow rates and a very high level of reproducibility. At the same time, they reliably protect against cross-contamination, even with demanding substances.

For higher throughputs, the CONCORDIA Multi Flow module enables the parallel dosing of multiple components. This allows even complex formulations to be processed faster and more efficiently. The dosing systems are complemented by suitable software solutions for machine control, recipe management, batch management and reporting, as well as by services in the field of raw material storage and pipeline construction for safe storage and a reliable raw material supply. The systems are also optionally available with explosion protection in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.
